So lets do what we are designed for … lets move … and at WSSC we will work with you to get you moving to help you achieve what you wish to do for your better health.

Our S.A.F.E training methodology means that our coaching is built around safety, affordability, functionality and enjoyment … what exercise was meant to be.

2016 -The Year of Movement

And what a week to finish our 'year of movement'.... 
Despite the warm days we had so many people joining in our last 3 group sessions of the year. So much energy, so much laughing and plenty of people pushing themselves to improve their health and fitness. Some more new faces and some more interstate visitors joined our 'regulars' for some challenging sessions in the humid heat! Well done all.

We also had a number of our young 1:1 netballers squeezing in some 'netball fitness' before 2016 comes to a close. Their enthusiasm to improve, their drive to succeed and such a work ethic at a young age .... I'm so fortunate to witness this each week! 
Thank you to all of our brilliant training friends for being a part of WSSC's evolution during this great year, 2016! 

Wishing you all the best for the New Year ... be nice to everyone you meet (and be good to yourself too!!).

Christmas Fun and Timetable

Well, what a week of Christmas moving we have had for our group and 1:1 sessions. The festive season brought us the 12 Exercises of Christmas - with Christmas Tree and Christmas Star shaped 'circuits'! There were Angels, Star jumps, flying tinsel, a few challenges, a tough workout here & there and, most importantly, so many people enjoying their workouts!!! (Yes, we actually enjoy exercise here!! Is there a better sound in the world than laughter??)
Thanks to all who took time out of their week to 'move for their better health'. We even managed to fit in some 'social time' too ! 
We had young netballers, long 'lost' friends returning, our committed 'sunrise' regulars, a couple of Australian army's finest, families, our evening stars, our 1:1 PT warriors, ... I am so fortunate to spend my days with such great people.
Thank you all so much! 
I wish all of our fitness friends the very best for Christmas. May it be the Christmas you want, with the people you love and with the enjoyment we all yearn for at this time of year. 
We will not stop moving in this post Christmas time ... our group training sessions for the next week are as follows:

WED 28th: 5:00 pm
THU 29th: 8:00 AM
FRI 30th 9:30 AM
SAT 31st 7:30 AM (this session is at Glenhaven!)

Christmas is Nigh ... Woo Hoo

Group Session Timetable for December

We are in the exciting week .... The School Holidays have started and we are on the 'run' home to Christmas!! 
And our groups and sessions will continue all the way through to next weekend! Our Timetable of sessions will be updated regularly here - this is plan for group sessions this and next week.
MON 19th: 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm
TUE 20th: 6:00 AM
WED 21st: 6:30 pm
THU 22nd: 6:00 AM & 5:00 pm (Netball session)
FRI 23rd: 9:30 AM
SAT 24th: 7:30 AM
No sessions on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and on Tuesday 27th.
WED 28th: 5:00 pm
THU 29th: 8:00 AM
FRI 30th 9:30 AM
SAT 31st 7:30 AM
