entry-imageThe best thing we can do for our body is to keep it moving. We are accustomed to sit and ‘do stuff’ for most of our waking hours… tapping the keyboard, battling the traffic, eating our meals …. And as any physiologist will explain – it is not what we are built for.

So lets do what we are designed for … lets move … and at WSSC we will work with you to get you moving to help you achieve what you wish to do for your better health.

Our S.A.F.E training methodology means that our coaching is built around safety, affordability, functionality and enjoyment … what exercise was meant to be.

Winter - But we're still moving

These colder days provide different challenges for us ... but it is still important (if not moreso!!) to keep our body moving as it was designed to do. 

WSSC group sessions continue on through the colder months ... and we continue to have  very enjoyable and challenging group sessions to keep improving our health and fitness!

Our current group timetable is as follows:

(All of them at Third Settlement Reserve, Edison Parade, Winston Hills with the exception of Saturday) 

MON: 5:00 pm & 6:30 pm
TUE: 6:00 am
WED: 6:00 pm
THU: 6:00 am
FRI: 9:30 am
SAT: 7:30 am (At Annie Prior Reserve, Glenhaven)

We are looking forward to seeing you there!

March - Weather Update

Happy Monday !! Welcome to the new week ... another week where we can make movement for our health a priority!!! 
It is a week where it seems the wet stuff might arrive ... our gardens will be happy and so will the trainers - it is a great feeling to be moving in the rain! 
Please keep an eye on here - or texts - if we need to move, change or cancel our group sessions if it becomes unsafe or just too silly to be running around Third Settlement in storms! 
I will be in touch....

That Time of the Year ... The Toughest Month .. February!!

Let's Get Active!

Christmas is a memory, Holidays done, Kids are back to school, even Uni students are about to get back to work!!! It is the working month. The lawns are still growing strong and the yard needs work. The seasonal sport crossover has started with Touch Football, OzTag, Nippers, Cricket et al coming to, but not yet at, a finish! While Netball, Rugby, Football and the dance / movement disciplines are getting into trials, tests and practices! 

Its a tough time to remember our own need for movement and good health practices! WSSC have a range of different times in the week for you to try to squeeze in some exercise and movement time! It is all about SAFE movement! Safe - Affordable - Functional - Enjoyable!
